
Set Up A Google Listing
Step-By-Step Guide To Claim Your Google My Business Page
Step 1:
Go to www.Google.com/business and click the “Manage now” button
Note: You may be asked to sign into your Google account

Step 2: Business Name
Enter your business name exactly how you want it to appear on Google
Step 3: Choose business type
Select the business type(s) that best describes your business
Step 4: Choose Category
Select the business category that best describes your business
Step 5: Enter address
If you selected “local store” as your business type, enter your business address
Step 6: Contact information
Enter your business phone number and website address (if applicable)
Step 7: Alert settings
Uncheck the box to “Get alerts” if you choose, and continue
Step 8: Verification
Google will now offer various ways to verify here. Either by phone number (call or text), mailing a postcard to your business address, or a verification video
Step 9: Select services
Select the services that best apply to your business, or add your own custom services
Step 10: Hours of operation
Select your business hours
Step 11: Turn on messaging
Step 12: Add a description of your business
Step 13: Add photos of your business
Step 14: Skip ads credit and domain purchasing
Step 15: Once your page is verified you will see your business page on Google
Step 16: Accessing Your Business Profile
To access the backend of your Google page, login to your Gmail account associated with the Google page. Click the nine dots in a square (top right) and select the Business Profile icon.
